Morning Passage was painted after a stay in Umm Uthaina. The square composition is carried by warm earth tones — sand, rust and burnt orange, laid on with a palette knife dragged across wet paint. Shown in the artist's solo exhibition at Orfali. It is shown here as the artist intended.
