One of a small group of works Rashid Diab made in 2023, Silent Courtyard returns to a recurring subject: the market at first light. The square composition is carried by muted greens and greys with a single warm accent, laid on with long glazes over an earth ground. Shown in the artist's solo exhibition at Orfali. It is shown here as the artist intended.
