One of a small group of works Rashid Diab made in 2024, Morning Rooftops returns to a recurring subject: the last palm trees before the desert. A balanced palette of earth and sky dominate, worked with areas of flat colour against a textured ground. What stays with the viewer is its nostalgia. Shown in the artist's solo exhibition at Orfali.
