One of a small group of works Rashid Diab made in 2023, Hidden Horizon returns to a recurring subject: a table set for guests who never came. The square composition is carried by a nocturne of umber and slate, laid on with short, hatched strokes. What stays with the viewer is its urgency. Exhibited at Orfali Art Gallery.
