In Morning Window, Noori Al-Rawi sets down the courtyard of a childhood house, remembered from Jabal Amman. The portrait composition is carried by silvered greens and the blue of distance, laid on with areas of flat colour against a textured ground. Shown in the artist's solo exhibition at Orfali.
