One of a small group of works Ghandi Jebawi made in 2011, Quiet Window returns to a recurring subject: a musician tuning an oud. Honey and terracotta warmed by a late sun dominate, worked with areas of flat colour against a textured ground. A work of unusual melancholy. Exhibited at Orfali Art Gallery.
