Evening Horizon was painted in 2008 after a stay in Wadi Rum. Built with areas of flat colour against a textured ground, the surface holds muted greens and greys with a single warm accent; the landscape format keeps the eye close to the subject. Formerly in a private collection, Amman. It is shown here as the artist intended.
