In Amber Bridge, Ghandi Jebawi sets down a doorway seen from the street, remembered from Umm Uthaina. The landscape composition is carried by honey and terracotta warmed by a late sun, laid on with areas of flat colour against a textured ground. What stays with the viewer is its patience. Shown in the artist's solo exhibition at Orfali.
