Hidden Letter was painted in 2012 after a stay in Mosul. Built with a palette knife dragged across wet paint, the surface holds honey and terracotta warmed by a late sun; the landscape format keeps the eye close to the subject. Formerly in a private collection, Amman. It is shown here as the artist intended.
