One of a small group of works Emad Al Daher made, Golden Bridge returns to a recurring subject: a figure waiting at a window. Bleached whites with the faintest wash of colour dominate, worked with layers scraped back to the canvas. What stays with the viewer is its melancholy. Shown in the artist's solo exhibition at Orfali.
